چکیده
This work is devoted to the study of magnetic properties and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy TiO2:Fe nanoparticles doped with Al in different structural states. The sol-gel methods have been used obtain particles both crystalline (average size from 3 20 nm) X-ray amorphous electron paramagnetic resonance spectra samples aluminum besides a line g-factor ~2 exhibit small signal 4.3 Fe3+ ions rhombohedral distortions. fraction distortions increases increasing content. For state at doping, completely dominant spectrum. density functional theory calculation shows that prefers be localized near iron ions, distorting nearest environment. complex integral spectrum all was fitted sufficient accuracy by three separate lines widths intensities. temperature behavior can described coexistence centers (isolated including dipole-dipole interactions) clusters negative exchange interactions.

EFFECTS OF TiO2 ADDITIVE ON ELECTROCHEMICAL HYDROGEN STORAGE PROPERTIES OF NANOCRYSTALLINE /AMORPHOUS Mg2Ni INTERMETALLIC ALLOY
Abstract: Mg2Ni alloy and Mg2Ni–x wt% TiO2 (x = 3, 5 and 10 wt %) composites are prepared by mechanical alloying. The produced alloy and composites are characterized as the particles with nanocrystalline/amorphous structure. The effects of TiO2 on hydrogen storage properties are investigated using anodic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It is demonstrated that the initia...

متن کاملHot compaction of nanocrystalline TiO2 (anatase) ceramics. Mechanisms of densification: Grain size and doping effects
The hot compaction of nanocrystalline TiO2 anatase powders is investigated using dilatometry. The constant rate of heating (CRH) method is applied to determine effective activation energies of the processes involved during sintering. Grain size and doping effects are studied, using dopant cations of different radius and charge: Zn, Al, Si, Nb. The results are interpreted by a mechanism includin...
متن کاملInvestigations on doping of amorphous and nanocrystalline silicon films deposited by catalytic chemical vapour deposition
Hydrogenated amorphous and nanocrystalline silicon, deposited by catalytic chemical vapour deposition, have been doped during deposition by the addition of diborane and phosphine in the feed gas, with concentrations in the range of 1%. The crystalline fraction, dopant concentration and electrical properties of the films are studied. The nanocrystalline films exhibited a high doping efficiency, ...
